Imagine receiving instant reservation confirmations 24/7. CellarPass is a revolutionary reservation service for the wine industry where consumers and wineries converge to discover, book, sip and share their wine tasting experiences online. Not only is CellarPass the fastest growing website where consumers can book reservations 24/7, the CellarPass Concierge System is designed to help strengthen the relationship between the winery and the hospitalityy professional- not replace it.

Our research shows that hospitality professionals have been demanding such a service for years, but before CellarPass wineries were left to use forms or rely on hospitality professionals to call to make a reservation. No doubt since the advent of OpenTable has the hospitality industry shown that when an online, real-time reservation service is available they will use it.

Since our launch in early 2010, our reservation data continues to confirm our research by showing 30-40% of the winery reservations managed by CellarPass are done via the winery's website between the hours of 7pm - 10pm- long after employees have left for the day leaving you waiting for call backs. Not only does CellarPass manage and accept reservations 24/7, it also manages availability in real-time while providing a unique confirmation code each time.

If you are currently using a printed binder, log book or calendaring system such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar to store guest's reservation and contact information (and are including their credit card), there's a good chance that you are not PCI compliant. By managing your reservations in CellarPass, you are not only protecting the personal information of your guests from potential identity theft, you also become PCI compliant which is a required by all major credit card companies effective October 2010.

Beyond reservation management, CellarPass provides a host of tools and features that extend your reach, increasing your opportunity to be recognized by wineries for your referrals. Your account even allows you to bookmark your favorite tasting spots, keep track of your guest's contact information and more.
In less than just a few clicks, you can:
